The Margaret McDermott Bridge. The Margaret McDermott Bridge, also known as the Dallas Signature Bridge, is a stunning cable-stayed bridge located in Dallas, Texas. The bridge spans over the Trinity River, connecting downtown Dallas to the west side of the city.
The bridge was designed by the Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava, who is known for his iconic and innovative designs. The Margaret McDermott Bridge is a beautiful example of Calatrava's work, with its distinctive arches and soaring cables creating a striking visual presence.
The bridge is 1,200 feet long and 300 feet tall, making it one of the largest cable-stayed bridges in the world. It features a pedestrian and bike path, allowing visitors to walk or bike across the bridge and enjoy stunning views of the Dallas skyline and the Trinity River.
